- Link, option, and pre-order benefit (POB) checking
- We review the seller link, requested option, quantity, timing, and stated benefit conditions before purchase.
- Purchase handling
- We place the approved Korean purchase after the quote and payment are confirmed.
- Order proof
- We provide masked purchase confirmation for every completed purchase.
- Basic arrival photos
- We provide a basic record after the shipment arrives at our Korea-side operation.
- Basic quantity, version, and visible-condition check
- We compare the arrived quantity and visible versions against the approved request and note obvious external damage.
- Representative inspection photos
- We provide representative photos that document the standard arrival check without exposing private data.
Included in estimated packing and handlingThe normal materials and dispatch preparation used for a standard parcel.
- Outer shipping box
- A standard outer carton is included in the packing estimate.
- Cushioning
- Standard cushioning is included for normal album and merchandise shipments.
- Taping and sealing
- The final parcel is taped and sealed for carrier handoff.
- Dispatch preparation
- We prepare the packed shipment for the approved international dispatch.
- Packing-state record
- We keep a basic record of the parcel state before dispatch.
- FedEx shipping invoice
- We share the actual FedEx invoice on every shipment, with private details masked.

- Detailed item photography
- Additional angles or close-up photo requests are scoped before work begins.
- Detailed item-by-item inspection
- A full inspection of every unit requires a separate work quote.
- Component or seal detail photography
- Detailed component, seal, inclusion, or defect photography is quoted separately.
- Function testing
- Opening, powering, pairing, or other function checks are quoted by request.
- Poster tube packing
- Tube materials and the related packing work are quoted separately.
- Double-box packing
- An additional outer carton and its handling are quoted separately.
- Special cushioning
- Fragile, irregular, or buyer-specified protection is quoted separately.
- Extra packing materials
- Materials beyond the standard packing allowance are shown separately.
- Return or exchange support
- Seller communication, return shipping, and related handling are reviewed case by case.
- Storage beyond 30 days
- Longer storage may require a separate storage quote.
- Split shipments
- Multiple destinations or dispatch dates require a separate packing and shipping review.
- Complex preorder or event handling
- Unusual entry rules, deadlines, or seller conditions are quoted after review.
The standard check uses representative photos and covers quantity, version, and visible external condition. It does not include unlimited item-by-item photography, detailed full inspection, seal verification, or function testing.
Photos and proof are provided after quote approval, purchase, and arrival in Korea. A calculator result does not mean photos or proof already exist.
