FedEx shipping, confirmed Korean domestic delivery, and approved special materials remain separate pass-through cost lines.

What the service fee includes

KIKIT handles the operating work around the purchase — not just a Korean delivery address.

Included in KIKIT service fee — no separate charge

  • Link, option, and pre-order benefit (POB) checkingWe review the seller link, requested option, quantity, timing, and stated benefit conditions before purchase.
  • Purchase handlingWe place a standard order after quote approval and payment, or an approved Purchase Line order after written approval.
  • Order proofWe provide masked purchase proof within two hours after the seller order is completed.
  • Basic arrival photosWe provide a basic record after the shipment arrives at our Korea-side operation.
  • Basic quantity, version, and visible-condition checkWe compare the arrived quantity and visible versions against the approved request and note obvious external damage.
  • Representative inspection photosWe provide representative photos that document the standard arrival check without exposing private data.
  • Private order trackingA private link shows customer-facing status updates, notes, and approved proof throughout the order.

Standard packing — included in the service fee

  • Outer shipping boxA standard outer carton is included with every shipment.
  • CushioningStandard cushioning is included for normal album and merchandise shipments.
  • Taping and sealingThe final parcel is taped and sealed for carrier handoff.
  • Dispatch preparationWe prepare the packed shipment for the approved international dispatch.
  • Packing-state recordWe keep a basic record of the parcel state before dispatch.
  • FedEx shipping invoiceFor FedEx shipments, we share the actual FedEx invoice with private details masked.

The standard check uses representative photos and covers quantity, version, and visible external condition. It does not include unlimited item-by-item photography, detailed full inspection, seal verification, or function testing.

Photos and proof are provided after quote approval, purchase, and arrival in Korea. A calculator result does not mean photos or proof already exist.

Costs shown separately

Product cost, service fee, and international shipping are always shown as separate quote lines.
Product cost
The Korean seller’s actual product price.
KIKIT service fee
A flat 3% of total product cost for the Korea-side workflow shown above.
Korean domestic delivery
Added only when the Korean seller or platform confirms an amount.
International FedEx shipping
Estimated before packing and reconciled to the final FedEx invoice.
Customs duty and import VAT
Paid by the importer under the destination country’s rules.

Payment

Payment instructions are provided with the approved quote. Card payments use a Stripe Payment Link issued by Allkmag, Inc.

Quote currency

Quotes use the destination currency when supported — including GBP for the UK and EUR for France. The KRW cost basis is shown for transparency.

Reviewed-quote rate lock

The applied rate is locked for 72 hours. No separate exchange-rate buffer is added; approve within that window and KIKIT absorbs exchange-rate movement. After expiry, we reissue the quote.

Purchase Line for verified B2B buyers

Available from the first order for verified B2B buyers, subject to a cumulative unpaid purchase limit of USD 1,000.

Approval is manual and confirmed in writing. Payment is due within 7 days after purchase proof. Overdue status pauses only new Purchase Line purchases.

Reviewed shipping protection

The reviewed quote shows estimated actual, volumetric, and chargeable weight, packing assumptions, and the estimated FedEx rate.

If only a KIKIT weight or packing estimate error pushes the actual FedEx rate more than 10% above that quote under unchanged order and destination conditions, Allkmag, Inc. covers the portion above 10%. Customer changes, customer-provided measurements, FedEx surcharge changes, and anonymous estimates are excluded.

How pricing and payment work

A reviewed quote comes before payment. The later FedEx invoice confirms the final international shipping basis.
  1. 1

Send the product link and quantity

Add the option, destination, and timing details you want checked.

  2. 2

KIKIT checks the item and sends a reviewed quote

Availability, conditions, and separated costs are reviewed first.

  3. 3

Approve the quote and follow the agreed payment path

Standard orders are prepaid. An approved Purchase Line order may proceed after written approval.

  4. 4

    KIKIT purchases

The approved Korean purchase is placed on the agreed basis.

  5. 5

    Receive, inspect, and document

Arrival, quantity, version, and visible condition are recorded within scope.

  6. 6

    Pack and dispatch by FedEx

Standard packing and dispatch preparation are included.

  7. 7

Reconcile shipping against the final invoice when applicable

The estimate is replaced by the final FedEx invoice basis.

We usually review new requests within 1 business day. The 72-hour FX lock applies to the reviewed quote, not to a public planning estimate.

Special materials and reviewed requests

KIKIT service fee remains 3%. Approved special materials are billed at cost and shown as separate quote lines before payment. Non-standard work is reviewed for feasibility before KIKIT asks for payment.

  • Poster tube packing
  • Double-box packing
  • Special cushioning
  • Extra packing materials
