We didn't start as a sourcing agent. We started as sellers.
We've run our own e-commerce operation in Korea since 2022 — buying, receiving, checking, packing, shipping. We've shipped to over 50 countries.
In 2024, a retailer in Europe asked if we could do the same for them. We could. The operation was already there.
Costs
Product cost, service fee, and international shipping are always listed separately. We don't put margin inside the shipping line.
We invoice in two stages. For standard orders, the approved product amount, KIKIT service fee, and confirmed domestic costs are paid before purchasing; an approved Purchase Line follows its written terms. International shipping is settled after dispatch against the actual FedEx invoice or the approved alternative-carrier basis.
If a seller cancels or cannot supply an item, the KIKIT service fee allocated to that item is refunded. Product and related shipping amounts are refunded to the extent recovered from the seller.
