Core review, purchase handling, and representative documentation. No separate charge applies to these standard workflow steps.

Link, option, and pre-order benefit (POB) checking: We review the seller link, requested option, quantity, timing, and stated benefit conditions before purchase.
Purchase handling: We place a standard order after quote approval and payment, or an approved Purchase Line order after written approval.
Order proof: We provide masked purchase proof within two hours after the seller order is completed.
Basic arrival photos: We provide a basic record after the shipment arrives at our Korea-side operation.
Basic quantity, version, and visible-condition check: We compare the arrived quantity and visible versions against the approved request and note obvious external damage.
Representative inspection photos: We provide representative photos that document the standard arrival check without exposing private data.
Private order tracking: A private link shows customer-facing status updates, notes, and approved proof throughout the order.

Standard packing & records

Normal parcel materials, dispatch preparation, and shipment records are included at no extra charge.

Included packing

Outer shipping box: A standard outer carton is included with every shipment.
Cushioning: Standard cushioning is included for normal album and merchandise shipments.
Taping and sealing: The final parcel is taped and sealed for carrier handoff.
Dispatch preparation: We prepare the packed shipment for the approved international dispatch.

Included records

Packing-state record: We keep a basic record of the parcel state before dispatch.
FedEx shipping invoice: For FedEx shipments, we share the actual FedEx invoice with private details masked.

Standard inspection limits

What the included standard check records—and what requires review before work begins.

The standard check covers quantity, version or option, and visible exterior condition, with representative photos for each SKU—not every unit.

Sealed goods stay sealed by default. Opened inspection is considered only when agreed before the quote. See the Order Terms.

FedEx is the default carrier; alternatives are considered case by case and are not guaranteed.

Photos and proof are provided after quote approval, purchase, and arrival in Korea. A calculator result does not mean photos or proof already exist.
