1. Parties and Service Provider
Kikit Co., Ltd. provides a Korea-side buying and consolidation service. Under a customer-approved quote, KIKIT purchases from Korean sellers, receives the goods, performs the agreed inspection, stores them, packs them, and dispatches them internationally.
Korean sellers and manufacturers control product inventory, sale conditions, and manufacture. KIKIT is not the manufacturer of the goods or the official distributor for every seller or product.

2. Payment Processing
KIKIT issues payment instructions only from the customer-approved quote. The invoice or payment instruction for the selected method is the final reference for the payment processor and recipient.
Allkmag, Inc. acts only in the Stripe payment-processing role. It does not replace KIKIT as the provider responsible for buying, inspection, storage, packing, or shipment.
These Terms describe the standard advance-payment flow. A separate written B2B agreement may take precedence where its terms apply.
3. Quote and Approval
KIKIT usually reviews a new request within 1 business day, Monday–Friday, KST. This is an operating target, not a guaranteed response time.
A reviewed quote remains valid for 72 hours after issue or until the applicable sale or event deadline, whichever comes first. No separate exchange-rate buffer is added, and KIKIT absorbs exchange-rate movement during that valid window.
After expiry, KIKIT will not purchase until price, availability, and applicable conditions are checked again and the customer approves the reissued quote.
Seller stock, price, options, pre-order benefits, and event rules may change until the purchase is completed. Purchase status is assessed by product, seller order, or SKU as applicable. A substitute seller, substitute product, or changed condition requires a new or revised quote and customer approval.
The first payment covers the approved product cost, KIKIT service fee, and confirmed domestic costs before purchase. Estimated international shipping is paid after packing as a second payment before dispatch.
Founding Partner
- The Founding Partner offer is limited to up to five companies or teams invited manually by KIKIT.
- It waives only KIKIT’s base service fee on the first paid order. Product cost, shipping, and extras remain payable.
- The offer is confirmed manually in a reviewed quote and is never applied automatically in the public estimate.
KIKIT does not purchase after a quote expires or after seller conditions change until the revised basis is approved.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Before KIKIT completes the relevant SKU or seller order, the unpurchased portion may be cancelled. If only part of an order has been purchased, purchased and unpurchased items are handled separately.
- After purchase, a customer-requested cancellation is refundable only to the extent the seller actually returns funds. Completed base service work and costs that cannot be recovered are not refundable.
- A change-of-mind return after arrival in Korea is supported only if the seller allows it. Domestic return shipping, seller deductions, and any additional handling disclosed before the work are paid by the customer.
- If the seller cancels or cannot supply an item, KIKIT refunds the KIKIT service fee allocated to that item. The product amount and related shipping are refunded to the extent KIKIT actually recovers those amounts from the seller.
- Unrecoverable third-party costs are excluded only when they were disclosed in advance and can be evidenced.
- A refund is calculated from the actual KRW amount recovered using the exchange rate applied when the refund is processed, with the calculation details disclosed. Only unrecoverable bank or payment-processor fees may be deducted after evidence is provided.
- Seller or carrier compensation is passed to the customer after KIKIT actually receives it. KIKIT does not advance compensation before recovery.
5. Consolidation and Storage
KIKIT consolidates goods only when the customer selects consolidation or the consolidation arrangement is included in the customer-approved quote.
Free storage applies separately to each inbound receipt for 60 days from the date it is physically received by KIKIT. A later arrival does not reset the storage period for earlier goods, and storage time continues even when dispatch approval has not been given.
Split shipping is available. The customer pays the actual additional box, packing-material, and carrier costs. Extra handling is added only for complex cases such as multiple delivery addresses and is disclosed in advance.
6. Shipping and Customs
- FedEx is KIKIT’s default public carrier. EMS or a customer-designated carrier may be considered case by case and is not guaranteed.
- International shipments use Delivered at Place (DAP) terms. The consignee or importer pays destination customs duty, import VAT, brokerage, and local charges.
- International shipping is estimated after packing and paid before dispatch. For FedEx shipments, KIKIT reconciles the estimate against the actual FedEx invoice through an additional charge, a refund, or—only with customer consent—a credit against the next order. For an approved alternative carrier, reconciliation uses the actual carrier charge or the carrier basis agreed in the customer-approved quote.
- KIKIT does not guarantee delivery time or customs-clearance time.
- Correction, return, storage, and redelivery costs caused by incorrect recipient or importer information supplied by the customer are paid by the customer.
- KIKIT may decline restricted, dangerous, oversized, temperature-sensitive, or otherwise unsuitable goods.
- Secondhand or private-seller goods require case-by-case approval and are purchased as-is. KIKIT does not guarantee condition, authenticity, or seller reliability.
7. Inspection and Claims
Standard inspection checks quantity, version or option, labels, and visible external condition. Standard documentation uses representative photos for each SKU; it does not photograph every unit individually.
Sealed goods are not opened by default. KIKIT checks visible exterior condition, labels, quantity, and the visible seal condition. Paid opened inspection is considered only when requested before the quote, with return restrictions and cost disclosed in advance.
KIKIT does not guarantee internal contents, latent manufacturing defects, or complete seal authenticity. Random member, version, or pre-order-benefit outcomes are not guaranteed; KIKIT supports a seller claim only when a seller error can be confirmed and the seller still accepts the claim.
Claims and deadlines
- If KIKIT finds inbound damage or a wrong item and the seller claim deadline is short, KIKIT may first take a rights-preserving step such as filing a return or exchange request, then notify the customer. Additional cost or a replacement choice proceeds only after customer approval.
- External shipping-box damage must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
- Missing items, wrong items, or quantity errors must be reported within three days after delivery.
- A problem visible in KIKIT inspection photos must be reported within three days after the photos are delivered.
- A latent manufacturing defect is supported only within the applicable seller or manufacturer policy.
- Seller, carrier, or insurer rules determine claim approval. KIKIT cannot guarantee the outcome.
When KIKIT is proven directly responsible, direct loss is assessed from the amount the customer actually paid for the affected goods and service. Indirect, consequential, and expected-profit losses are excluded.
