Kikit Co., Ltd. performs Korea-side sourcing, purchasing, receiving, inspection, storage, packing, and international dispatch on behalf of Allkmag, Inc. Kikit Co., Ltd. may contact customers or recipients when needed to complete an order.
In these Terms, “KIKIT” means the customer-facing service operated by Allkmag, Inc.

2. Payment
Payment instructions are issued after the customer approves a reviewed quote.
Customer payments are received by Allkmag, Inc. Card payments may be completed through a Stripe Payment Link issued by Allkmag, Inc.
The payment page, receipt, or card statement may show the legal name Allkmag, Inc.
Refunds are issued by Allkmag, Inc. under Section 4.
Kikit Co., Ltd. performs the Korea-side purchasing and fulfillment work on behalf of Allkmag, Inc.; it does not receive customer payment under these Terms.
These Terms describe the standard advance-payment flow. The Purchase Line exception below applies only when Allkmag, Inc. verifies the buyer and approves it in writing.
3. Quote and Approval
KIKIT usually reviews a new request within 1 business day, Monday–Friday, KST. This is an operating target, not a guaranteed response time.
A reviewed quote remains valid for 72 hours after issue or until the applicable sale or event deadline, whichever comes first. No separate exchange-rate buffer is added, and KIKIT absorbs exchange-rate movement during that valid window.
The reviewed quote states the reference exchange rate and the absolute expiry time.
After expiry, KIKIT will not purchase until price, availability, and applicable conditions are checked again and the customer approves the reissued quote.
Seller stock, price, options, pre-order benefits, and event rules may change until the purchase is completed. Purchase status is assessed by product, seller order, or SKU as applicable. A substitute seller, substitute product, or changed condition requires a new or revised quote and customer approval.
The KIKIT service fee is a flat 3% of total product cost. There are no order-value bands, fee floor, or first-order waiver. Shipping, approved special materials, and other actual third-party costs remain separate quote lines.
For a standard order, the approved product amount, KIKIT service fee, and confirmed domestic costs are paid to Allkmag, Inc. before Kikit Co., Ltd. purchases in Korea on its behalf. An approved Purchase Line order follows the written-approval exception in Section 2. In both flows, KIKIT provides the reviewed quote and verification basis before payment or written approval.
International shipping remains estimated before dispatch and is settled after KIKIT checks the actual FedEx invoice under Section 6.
The private order-tracking page shows only customer-facing status, amounts, shipment information, customer notes, and attachments that KIKIT marks for public sharing. A tracking status is an operational update, not a delivery-time guarantee or a change to the cancellation rights in Section 4.
Keep the private tracking link confidential. Revoking a tracking link makes that link invalid immediately. KIKIT may issue a replacement link when needed.
KIKIT does not purchase after a quote expires or after seller conditions change until the revised basis is approved.
This version applies to requests recorded under Terms version 2026-08-11. It does not retrospectively replace the Terms version stored with an earlier request.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
All refunds and customer-facing contractual remedies under this section are issued by Allkmag, Inc. Kikit Co., Ltd. performs any operational return or Korean seller claim on its behalf.
- Before KIKIT completes the relevant SKU or seller order, the unpurchased portion may be cancelled. If only part of an order has been purchased, purchased and unpurchased items are handled separately.
- Cancellation timing depends on whether Kikit Co., Ltd. has completed the relevant Korean purchase, not on the label currently shown on the tracking page.
- After purchase, a customer-requested cancellation is refundable only to the extent the seller actually returns funds. Completed base service work and costs that cannot be recovered are not refundable.
- A change-of-mind return after arrival in Korea is supported only if the seller allows it. Domestic return shipping, seller deductions, and any additional handling disclosed before the work are paid by the customer.
- If the seller cancels or cannot supply an item, Allkmag, Inc. refunds the KIKIT service fee allocated to that item. The product amount and related shipping are refunded to the extent Kikit Co., Ltd. actually recovers those amounts from the seller.
- Unrecoverable third-party costs are excluded only when they were disclosed in advance and can be evidenced.
- A refund is calculated from the actual KRW amount recovered using the exchange rate applied when the refund is processed, with the calculation details disclosed. Only unrecoverable bank or payment-processor fees may be deducted after evidence is provided.
- Kikit Co., Ltd. handles operational claims with Korean sellers on behalf of Allkmag, Inc. Seller or carrier compensation is passed to the customer by Allkmag, Inc. after it is actually recovered. Allkmag, Inc. does not advance compensation before recovery.
5. Consolidation and Storage
KIKIT consolidates goods only when the customer selects consolidation or the consolidation arrangement is included in the customer-approved quote.
Free storage applies separately to each inbound receipt for 180 days from the date it is physically received by KIKIT. A later arrival does not reset the storage period for earlier goods, and storage time continues even when dispatch approval has not been given.
Split shipping is available. The customer pays the actual additional box, packing-material, and carrier costs. Extra handling is added only for complex cases such as multiple delivery addresses and is disclosed in advance.
6. Shipping and Customs
- FedEx is KIKIT’s default public carrier. Kikit Co., Ltd. prepares the international shipment and hands it to FedEx or another approved carrier. EMS or a customer-designated carrier may be considered case by case and is not guaranteed.
- International shipments use Delivered at Place (DAP) terms. The consignee or importer pays destination customs duty, import VAT, brokerage, and local charges.
- Before purchase, the reviewed quote states the estimated actual weight, estimated volumetric weight, estimated chargeable weight, box and packing assumptions, estimated FedEx rate.
- The shipping flow is pre-purchase estimated weight and rate, dispatch, actual FedEx invoice review, and final settlement.
- FedEx freight is passed through at cost with no freight markup. For FedEx shipments, KIKIT reconciles the estimate against the actual FedEx invoice through an additional charge, a refund, or—only with customer consent—a credit against the next order. For an approved alternative carrier, reconciliation uses the actual carrier charge or the carrier basis agreed in the customer-approved quote.
- Allkmag, Inc. provides the reviewed shipping protection. When the product composition, quantity, delivery address, and service remain the same, and only a KIKIT weight or packing estimate error causes the actual FedEx rate to exceed the reviewed quote by more than 10%, Allkmag, Inc. covers only the portion above 10%.
- That protection excludes customer changes to product composition, quantity, address, or service; incorrect measurements supplied by the customer; changes to FedEx fuel surcharges, remote-area charges, or customs-related charges; and anonymous calculator results.
- KIKIT does not guarantee delivery time or customs-clearance time.
- Correction, return, storage, and redelivery costs caused by incorrect recipient or importer information supplied by the customer are paid by the customer.
- KIKIT may decline restricted, dangerous, oversized, temperature-sensitive, or otherwise unsuitable goods.
- Secondhand or private-seller goods require case-by-case approval and are purchased as-is. KIKIT does not guarantee condition, authenticity, or seller reliability.
7. Inspection and Claims
Standard inspection checks quantity, version or option, labels, and visible external condition. Standard documentation uses representative photos for each SKU; it does not photograph every unit individually.
Sealed goods are not opened by default. KIKIT checks visible exterior condition, labels, quantity, and the visible seal condition. Paid opened inspection is considered only when requested before the quote, with return restrictions and cost disclosed in advance.
KIKIT does not guarantee internal contents, latent manufacturing defects, or complete seal authenticity. Random member, version, or pre-order-benefit outcomes are not guaranteed; Kikit Co., Ltd. handles an operational seller claim on behalf of Allkmag, Inc. only when a seller error can be confirmed and the seller still accepts the claim.
Claims and deadlines
- If Kikit Co., Ltd. finds inbound damage or a wrong item and the Korean seller claim deadline is short, it may first take a rights-preserving step on behalf of Allkmag, Inc., such as filing a return or exchange request, then notify the customer. Additional cost or a replacement choice proceeds only after customer approval.
- External shipping-box damage must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
- Missing items, wrong items, or quantity errors must be reported within 14 days after delivery.
- KIKIT records a problem shown by its inbound photos or inspection records immediately without waiting for a customer report.
- A latent manufacturing defect is supported only within the applicable seller or manufacturer policy.
- Seller, carrier, or insurer rules determine claim approval. KIKIT cannot guarantee the outcome.
When KIKIT is proven directly responsible, Allkmag, Inc. provides the applicable contractual remedy. Direct loss is assessed from the amount the customer actually paid for the affected goods and service, subject to the Accuracy Guarantee cap of USD 1,000 per order. Indirect, consequential, and expected-profit losses are excluded.
