How it works

A quote-first workflow for Korean K-pop preorders.

Send the preorder link and quantity first. Kikit Kaddy checks Korean site conditions, quote details, purchase timing, inspection, consolidation, invoice, and shipping before your team commits.

The process

1

Send the product link, quantity, and destination

Share the Korean product link, requested quantity, destination country, deadline, option, benefit, or packing notes.

2

We check the request before purchase

We review purchase feasibility, seller notices, options, quantity limits, domestic shipping, timing, and basic shipment feasibility.

3

You approve the checked quote

We send separated cost items so your team can review product cost, service fee, handling needs, and international shipping factors before purchase.

4

We purchase and share proof

After quote approval and required payment or approved limit, we purchase under the confirmed conditions and can share masked purchase proof.

5

We receive, check, and prepare

After arrival at our Korea base, we can provide arrival proof, check quantity and visible condition, repack, consolidate, or split shipments when needed.

6

We ship with invoice and cost transparency

We support courier selection, commercial invoice preparation, tracking updates, and, when available, masked carrier cost references such as FedEx shipping records.

Buyer handoff

Each step should produce a decision-ready output.

Kaddy checks

Korean site access, item page, store rules, version/option fields, and obvious purchase blockers.

Output

Request accepted or follow-up questions.

Stage

Quote review

Buyer provides

POB/version preference, courier preference, invoice needs, and packing requirements when known.

Kaddy checks

Price, availability signals, benefit conditions, purchase timing, domestic shipping, and shipment feasibility.

Output

Checked quote with assumptions, limits, payment timing, and next action.

Stage

Purchase

Buyer provides

Quote confirmation and required payment or approved purchase limit.

Kaddy checks

Final store conditions at purchase time and whether the quoted assumptions still hold.

Output

Purchase confirmation or issue notice if the store condition changed.

Stage

Inbound handling

Buyer provides

Inspection, consolidation, repacking, poster tube, fragile-item, or split-shipment instructions.

Kaddy checks

Inbound package state, quantity, visible condition, version signals, and safe packing plan.

Output

Arrival, inspection, or packing proof when requested.

Stage

International shipment

Buyer provides

Final destination, importer details, invoice data, courier choice, and declared-currency preference.

Kaddy checks

Actual/volumetric weight, box count, dimensions, courier availability, and invoice completeness.

Output

Courier handoff, invoice support, masked tracking reference, and shipment status update.

Operating checkpoints

Kaddy marks the points where a buyer needs clarity.

Each checkpoint keeps the buyer-facing handoff clear: what was reviewed, what still depends on store conditions, and what moves to the next Korea-side step.
