Six Photocards Were Missing. Here’s How the Claim Was Resolved.

One real seller-side issue handled in Korea, from the first report to replacement. 9 EXPECTED · 3 RECEIVED · 6 MISSING · REPLACEMENT SECURED

Nine photocards were expected, but only three arrived. See how KIKIT documented the shortage and secured six replacements from the Korean retailer.

Problems can happen even when products are purchased correctly from established Korean retailers.

This is one real case handled by KIKIT.

Three sets of an ATEEZ album were ordered. Based on the order configuration, nine photocards should have been included.

Only three arrived.

The remaining six had to be claimed directly from the Korean retailer.

The screenshots and photos below are from that same case. Personal information and other sensitive details have been removed.

The order included:

ATEEZ — GOLDEN HOUR : Part.4

Nine photocards were expected with the order.

When the products arrived, only three were included.

03.The Retailer Requested Additional Proof

The retailer replied asking for supporting evidence before processing the claim.

Their request included the order number, product and version information, as well as either an unboxing video or photographs showing the full received order together with the shipping label.

This is an important part of seller-side claims in Korea.

A missing item usually cannot be resolved from a short message alone. The original order and the received goods need to be documented clearly enough for the retailer to review the case.
