How KIKIT Matches Lucky Draw Prizes to Customer Orders
A customer asked KIKIT to purchase ATEEZ’s GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5 CDP Ver. through MAKESTAR.
MAKESTAR later notified us that the order had won its Lucky Draw Event.
01. The order won
The winner notification was sent to KIKIT because we placed the order in Korea on the customer’s behalf.
However, the prize belonged to the customer whose order generated the event entry.
02. We matched it to the customer
We checked the original purchase record and identified the customer connected to the winning order.
The prize was then assigned to that customer and handled with their order.
Event prizes stay with the customer
KIKIT does not retain Lucky Draw prizes or other event benefits generated by customer orders.
When an order wins, we match the result to the original purchase record and make sure the benefit goes to the correct customer.
