International shipping fees may be finalized after the products arrive at KIKIT and are packed, because the final cost depends on actual weight and volume.

If a seller omits a benefit, sends the wrong item, or causes another issue, KIKIT will contact the seller and try to claim it as much as possible. The final result may depend on the seller policy.

If a carrier issue happens, KIKIT can support the claim process with available shipment records and proof.
